This 10 week programme of thrice weekly sessions is designed to get you moving and increase your running confidence, with a target of completing a 5k parkrun challenge at the completion of the course.
Sessions are led by qualified run leaders and are specifically for those just starting out or with limited running experience.
Dates: Tuesday 18th April – Saturday 22nd June
Times: 18:15 to 19:15 (Tuesday), 19:30 to 20:30 (Thursday), 15:00 to 16:00 (Sunday)
