Couch to 5k

We plan to run another Couch to 5k group in 2020. This is a 10 week programme designed to get you moving and increase your confidence, with a target of completing a 5k parkrun challenge.

The 2019 C25K was a huge success, with some of our graduates going on to run the Abbey Dash 10k later in the year.
