Couch to 5k

This is 10 week programme is designed to get you moving and increase your running confidence, with a target of completing a 5k parkrun challenge.

The 2019 C25K was a huge success, with some of our graduates going on to run the Abbey Dash 10k later in the year.

Sessions are led by qualified run leaders and are specifically for those just starting out or with limited running experience.

We unfortunately can’t run the programme again this year due to Covid 19, but we’ll let those of you who have already contacted us when we can start this up again.
