If the bank of the account does not take these measures within the required period, the issuer (with the prior written consent of the trustee) must terminate the bank contract of the account relating to the bank of the account in respect of the bank account of the issuer in question and close the bank accounts of the issuer, provided that a substitute financial institution has been designated with all the bank ratings of the account. Bondholders have the right and are deemed to be aware of all the provisions of the banknote trust deed and are deemed to be bound by all the provisions of the Investment Management and Administration Agreement, the Account Bank and Paying Agent Agreement, the Danish Account Bank Agreement, the Security Trust Deed and the Registry and Transfer Agreement.
