Thursday Speed Sessions


The sessions are led by a qualified coach with the aim of improving fitness, strength and stamina.  They are for all abilities since the session structure means that everyone works together.  Sessions vary from week to week but include hill training, intervals, fartlek and paarlauf.
We will continue to alternate between track and road sessions. All sessions will start at 7.30pm prompt: please meet at 7.20pm. For road sessions, please meet at Holt Park Active (HPA) or at the Stairfoot Lane end of Long Causeway
