We cater for men and women runners of all ages and standards. We participate in road, cross country, fell, trail and off road relay events. We organise races including the Leeds Abbey Dash the Eccup 10 mile and the Golden Acre Relay. Why not come and join us? We meet every Tuesday evening at 7.45 (for a prompt 8pm start) at Adel (map) and run for about an hour, then retire to the bar for a beer or two. Please come along on any Tuesday evening and we'll look after you! Changing facilities, including showers are available at the club.
