Thursday Coached Sessions

Thursday 14th November – Tomorrow’s session will be a mixed up ‘out and back’ session on Long Causeway, led by Coach Jasmine. Please ensure that you are at the usual end of Long Causeway ready for a prompt 7.30pm start.

Thursday sessions are led by a qualified coach with the aim of improving fitness, strength and stamina.  They are for all abilities since the session structure means that everyone works together.  Sessions vary from week to week but include hill training, intervals, fartlek and paarlauf.
We will alternate between track (at Carnegie Sports Centre running track) and road sessions (at Holt Park Active). All sessions start at 7.30pm prompt: please meet at 7.20pm.
