You should attach it to the employer. If the employer breaks the contract, the employee will terminate the lease, but the agent fees are borne by the employee at the same time as the return ticket. Haze in Singapore is not an employee issue. Although real estate law in Singapore strongly favours the lessor over the tenant, termination of the lease by the lessor is a fairly rare situation.
