The use of the remaining time (i.e. beyond the combined class contact and the preparation/correction allowance) is subject to an agreement at school level and is designed to encompass a number of activities such as a working time agreement (WTA) is a collective agreement concluded at school level between the trade union(s) and the school principal. For the duration of the transition period, individual contracts provide for an additional condition for the working time provisions to operate in accordance with the code of conduct. The WTA for 2020-21 is very different from previous years and is an attempt at training to plan for the exceptional circumstances surrounding the ongoing response to the coronavirus crisis.
