Learning Agreement Semester

Erasmus students who do not intend to take 100% of their courses in an LMU department must choose at least 50% of their course modules in the department with which their home university has a bilateral Erasmus agreement. LMUexchange students must choose at least 50% of their course modules in a single department. For Erasmus students, the submission of an apprenticeship agreement is mandatory. To help us determine the objectives of the studies, we also ask LMUexchange students to complete the learning agreement built into the application form: the student receives an email when the UA coordinator checks the learning agreement online. Exchange students must complete their online learning contract via the UACloud virtual campus, as explained in the LA guide, if the course catalogue is not yet available at the time of the requirement of the apprenticeship agreement by your home university, we recommend that you choose courses from the previous year`s or semester`s course catalogue. Also read the information for erasmus and LMU students on faculty websites. Note: You don`t need to log in to access this page – just click “Course Directory” to the left of the page. You will find a series of English instructions for navigation in the course catalogue by selecting the courses. More information about the various courses they have included in their apprenticeship agreement is available online on the Educational Guide website.

See the course information guide. With the sending of the apprenticeship agreement, you are not automatically registered for the courses. Please note that once you arrive, the final offer may be slightly different and you need to prepare changes to your learning agreement. Do not worry! You have the first two weeks of the semester to make up your mind. The apprenticeship agreement can be amended at a later date. Only if the learning agreement is approved online by the AU Academic Coordinator can a PDF Learning Agreement with an electronic and digital signature be generated from the UACloud virtual campus: if your home university does not specifically request it, you do not need to complete this section of the agreement. However, we advise you to discuss with your home university any changes to your course selection during the semester. The apprenticeship agreement includes a list of courses that students wish to study at the University of Alicante. Please indicate the courses you would like to take during your studies at the LMU (as a guide for full-time LMU students, it would strive for a semi-annual charge of 30 ECTS points).
