Cyclescheme Hire Agreement

The lease agreement is the legal agreement that exists between you (the employee) and the owner of the bike; which, in most cases, is cyclonic. During the initial rental period (usually 12 months), your savings are realized. This rental period is governed by an agreement – that`s what we call the lease. The cycle-to-post system saves you money by using a tax exemption for the rental of a bicycle and/or accessory by your employer. The lease agreement is the agreement that exists between you and your employer (or, in some cases, between you and Cyclescheme or a financial services provider). It formalizes things like: you get your lease if you apply to join the program, and you can refer to previous leases that you signed in your MyCyclescheme account. Once a lease has been signed, a copy of that contract will be emailed to you. You`ll also find signed leases in your MyCyclescheme account. At the end of the lease, you have property options.

It includes the responsibilities of both parties and describes things such as the value and frequency of necessary wage allowances, workers` retraction rights and all the other important conditions that govern the system. You must sign a lease agreement in order to participate in the work cycle. To learn more about Property Fees, click here: “What is a property tax?”
