The sessions are led by a qualified coach with the aim of improving fitness, strength and stamina. They are for all abilities since the session structure means that everyone works together. Sessions vary from week to week but include hill training, intervals, fartlek and paarlauf.
We will alternate between track (at Carnegie Sports Centre running track) and road sessions (at Holt Park Active). All sessions start at 7.30pm prompt: please meet at 7.20pm.
