Thursday Coached Sessions
Thursday sessions are led by a qualified coach with the aim of improving fitness, strength and stamina. They are for all abilities since the session structure means that everyone works together. Sessions vary from week to week but include hill training, intervals, fartlek and paarlauf.
Thursday Speed Sessions (May & June 2017)
Now that the lighter evenings are here, we will return to holding sessions on the fields at Bedquilts (for which we will meet at Holt Park Active) every other week. When we are running on the fields, you should consider the possibility of things getting a little bit muddy and select your footwear accordingly!
On the alternate weeks, we will run an ‘Intervals’ or ‘Reps’ session on the track (meet at the track). All sessions will start at 7.30pm prompt: please meet at 7.20pm.
