Abbey Runners XC League 2009/10
The club male and female XC cup winners are determined by performances in all 5 races of the Sports Direct (PECO) Cross Country League. 20 points for the first club finisher (male and female), 19 for 2nd, etc. If there are more than 20 male or female finishers, everyone from position 20 downwards scores 1 point.
There is a 20 point bonus for runners who complete all 5 races. To see 2007/8 final table click here
