Cycling the Olympic Route to support Age UK, 10 August

For any keen cyclists or triathletes, Age UK has 5 places left in the “Olympic Wiggins Route – RideLondon 100 – a chance to ride 100 miles through central London down to Boxhill in Surrey this August 10th:

The event finishes in front on Buckingham Palace and this should be very exciting.

Would you be able to circulate round to your cycling mates and Abbey Runners? It’s £50 a place and we ask people to try to raise £500 for Age UK – but will be looking at reduced targets from next week if you have anyone…
